Tegan writes short fiction, long fiction, zines and games. She is also editor of Slink Chunk Press, an online publication that features work advocating diversity and equality in fantasy and science fiction.
As a teenager, Tegan was told that she would never make a living from writing, and so she set her heart on becoming a scientist. She tried that for a bit but it just didn't stick, and now she writes because it’s what she loves to do (and on good days she believes that she is good at it.) She has resigned herself to the fact that she will never actually cure a disease or find water on Mars (turns out someone already beat her to it anyway). But she hopes that by writing about things like diseases and planets, she’ll entertain and maybe even move the real world changers a little bit.
